Internal Complaints Committee
Sexual Harassment is a punishable offence and cannot be tolerated in any circumstances. As per AICTE guidelines and the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, an internal Complaints Committee (ICC) has been constituted. ICC will listen and address the complaints on sexual harassment and they will take initiatives to spread awareness on gender-related issues and the functions of the Committee.
